Compensation

Hourly Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and level

• Installer-level roles typically fall in the lower to mid range

• Lead Installers fall in the upper range

Additional Earning PotentialPerformance-based incentives tied to efficiency, quality, and zero-call-back performance.Top-performing Lead Installers can earn up to $150,000 annually through bonuses.

Position Levels Available

We hire and level installers based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Residential HVAC Installer (Mid-Level)

• Typically 1-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Focused on learning advanced installation techniques

• Works alongside senior and lead installers

• Clear path to Lead Installer responsibilities

Lead Residential HVAC Installer

• Typically 2+ years of HVAC installation experience

• Leads residential installs from start to finish

• Oversees jobsite workflow and quality

• Trains and mentors installation helpers

• Acts as a professional representative of Gillette in customers' homes

*Final level and responsibilities will be determined during the interview process.

What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and cooling systems safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret installation plans and job specifications

• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with teammates to complete installs on schedule

• Lead installers will manage job flow and train helpers

What You Bring

• 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification

• RMGA Certification or willingness to obtain

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills

• Leadership experience or interest in mentoring others (for Lead roles)

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
