Take Your HVAC Installation Career FurtherGillette Heating and Air is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Spanish Fork.We are looking for someone who takes pride in installing heating and cooling equipment correctly, working efficiently, and providing homeowners with a professional experience. While previous residential HVAC installation experience is preferred, we are also interested in mechanically skilled candidates coming from construction or related trades.Gillette Heating and Air is an eight-time Carrier President's Award winner offering year-round work, ongoing technical training, competitive earning potential, and opportunities to advance into Lead Installer and field leadership positions.Pay and Benefits$23.00-$38.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and technical ability

Consistent residential installation work throughout the year

What You'll DoInstall residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related comfort equipment

Complete system replacements and new equipment installations

Install or modify ductwork and ventilation components

Follow installation plans, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards

Assist with equipment startup, testing, and verification of proper system operation

Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field

Support newer installers and apprentices when appropriate

Deliver quality workmanship on every installation

What We're Looking ForResidential HVAC installation experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability

Knowledge of HVAC installation practices and equipment

Ability to safely perform physically demanding installation work

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable attendance and professional work habits

Ability to work independently and contribute to a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordEPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hireRMGA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
