We have an immediate opening for a Residential HVAC Installer.

Schedule:

Monday Through Friday
7:00am to 4:00pm
Full-Time
Overtime available

Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer

What you will be doing:

Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Ducted and ductless systems
Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
Installing boilers
Radiant heat and steam systems
Test and balance systems
Consult with customers and answer their questions
Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
Maintaining a high-quality and timely job performance
Providing the customer with a high-quality experience
We are Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer

Qualifications / Skills:

Valid driver's license and insurable driver's license
3 + years of residential retrofit/change out experience
Job lead experience
EPA Type 1 & 2
Experience installing gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits and other residential systems
Experience installing boilers
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
Able to train and supervise others
Experienced in all HVAC low voltage systems
Able to lift 50 lb.
High school diploma or its equivalent
