Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards.
- Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
- Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
- Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
- Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
- Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
