Job Description

Location: Owatonna, MNPay: $38-$46 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; occasional overtime and bi-monthly on-call rotation

What We're Looking For2+ years of HVAC installation experience

Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordEPA certificationNATE installation certification is a plus

What You'll DoInstall residential heating and air conditioning systems to company quality standards

Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience

Install ductwork and HVAC system components

Test and balance systems for proper performance

Maintain strong safety and workmanship standards

Help train and supervise other installers

Complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
