Looking for a stable HVAC installation role with strong pay, excellent benefits, and a company that actually values your skills and hard work?

Red Bear Mechanical is a locally owned and growing HVAC company in Carson City seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers who want year-round work, great compensation, and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Earn

  • Hourly pay ranging from $20.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

  • Install new residential and light commercial heating, cooling, mini-split, and boiler systems
  • Perform system change-outs, ductwork modifications, and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure every installation meets high quality and safety standards
  • Provide professional service and build positive customer relationships

What You Need

  • Previous hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Physical capability to handle demanding work in various conditions
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

  • NATE Certification
  • Plumbing or boiler experience
