PAY & BENEFITS
Our Residential HVAC Installers enjoy a highlycompetitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can lead a two-man crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems for residential customers and meets these qualifications:
- General electrical knowledge
- 3+ years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
NATE certification would be a plus but is not required.
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional Leadership skills
- A positive attitude
