We're looking for a Lead Installation Technician who enjoys working with a team, takes ownership of every installation, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship and professional growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Install heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Fabricate and install ductwork as needed
- Perform equipment start-ups and system testing
- Complete customer walkthroughs before and after installations
- Mentor and train installation helpers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Complete installation documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys helping others succeed.
Qualifications include:
- Residential HVAC installation experience (2+ years preferred)
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
- EPA certification preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Physically able to perform the demands of residential HVAC installation (exerting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, work in extreme temperatures, etc.)
