What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Install and modify ductwork systems for proper airflow and system efficiency
- Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, and electrical components
- Test, start up, and verify system performance
- Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable codes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Experience with:
- Ductwork installation
- Refrigeration piping
- Gas piping
- Electrical and low-voltage components
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Safety-minded with strong organizational skills
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
