Job Description

Lead HVAC Installer | $30-$50 hourly | St Louis

Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm | Sign-On Bonus Available

We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who have a desire to grow their skillset. This role focuses on service, maintenance, and customer-facing diagnostics and working independently on a consistent residential route.

About the Role

  • Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, condensers, coils, and ductwork
  • Oversee system change-outs and new installs to company standards from star to finish
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform system start ups and verify proper operation
  • Work as part of a team to complete installs efficiently and on schedule
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no on-call requirement

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Proven ability to lead jobs and crews
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and install quaity
  • Ability to manage time, materials, and job flow effectively
