Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer
Job Location: West Lebanon, NH
Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has residential installation experience, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced service environment. We’re a locally owned, fast-growing company, and we take pride in treating our team the right way. If you’re tired of the corporate runaround or feeling like just a number, you’ll fit in well here.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
- Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specifications
- Work collaboratively with service and management teams
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete installation documentation using ServiceTitan
- Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- No nights and definitely no 24/7 rotation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year's recent Residential HVAC installation experience required
- Gas or propane licensing preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Oil certification and/or NORA certification considered a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay in between $33 - $36 per hour depending on experience

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $33 - $36 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
