Job Description

Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer

Job Location: West Lebanon, NH

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has residential installation experience, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced service environment. We're a locally owned, fast-growing company, and we take pride in treating our team the right way. If you're tired of the corporate runaround or feeling like just a number, you'll fit in well here.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specifications
Work collaboratively with service and management teams
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Complete installation documentation using ServiceTitan
Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
No nights and definitely no 24/7 rotation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 year's recent Residential HVAC installation experience required
Gas or propane licensing preferred
EPA Certification preferred
Oil certification and/or NORA certification considered a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
Valid driver's license
