We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented pros who can lead residential HVAC installations with precision and pride.
You must have:
- 3–5 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer
- Strong knowledge of:
- Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps)
- Air Handlers
- Gas Furnaces
- Package Units
- Ductless Mini-Split Systems
- Valid EPA Certification
- Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
