Are you a confident, goal-driven sales professional who loves helping homeowners and earning strong income through your own efforts?

If you have consultative sales experience and enjoy meeting customers in their homes, AccuAir Heating & Cooling is looking for you. No HVAC experience is required - we will fully train the right person. This is your chance to build a high-earning sales career with a stable, locally owned company that truly supports its team.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Work hours vary based on customer appointments (evenings and weekends when needed)
  • You have the freedom to manage your own schedule around presentation times

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners in their homes for personalized consultations
  • Present high-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
  • Build trust, understand customer needs, and close sales
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up professionally

What You Need

  • 2+ years of consultative or retail sales experience
  • Comfortable presenting and selling directly to customers in their homes
  • Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and professional appearance

Nice-to-Haves

  • 5+ years of retail or outside sales experience
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
