Residential HVAC Service Specialist

Danco Heating, Cooling, and PlumbingWaco, TX

Compensation & Schedule

$27-$40 per hour base (Top performers earn $40+/hour with incentives)
Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Core Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
Deliver clear, honest recommendations to customers
Complete all repairs and maintenance according to company quality standards
Maintain detailed service records and communicate job status effectively
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
Completion of an HVAC technical training program
EPA Universal Certification (required)
NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Own basic hand tools
