We're seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
- Identify system issues and provide homeowners with clear repair recommendations and solutions.
- Perform system performance testing and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and system replacement opportunities when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Two (2)+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- NATE Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and HVAC system operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues and solutions to homeowners.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
