We're seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
  • Identify system issues and provide homeowners with clear repair recommendations and solutions.
  • Perform system performance testing and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and system replacement opportunities when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two (2)+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • NATE Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and HVAC system operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues and solutions to homeowners.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
