What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial systems

Perform maintenance and service with attention to detail

Make confident repair vs. replace recommendations (no pressure selling)Communicate clearly with customers-no scripts, just professionalism

Get it done right the first time

What We're Looking For5+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA CertificationStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

Comfortable reading wiring diagrams

Solid understanding of airflow, balancing, and system performance

Ability to make sound repair vs. replace decisions
