Residential HVAC Service Technician

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some evenings, weekends, overtime, and on-call rotation required depending on customer needs.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll service, diagnose, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You'll help ensure customer comfort while upholding the high standards of quality and professionalism that define ABT Mechanical.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Valid Driver's License & insurable driving record
  • EPA & RMGA Certifications
  • NATE Core & Specialty Certifications (or the drive to earn them)
  • Experience with advanced sheet metal fittings
  • Commitment to continuing tool and service training
  • Ability to work from extension and step ladders
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills with homeowners, supervisors, and trades
  • Leadership potential and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to operate scissors and genie lifts safely

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow written and verbal instructions to meet project specifications
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent ABT Mechanical with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
