Job Description
HVAC Service Technician |$28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Service, repair and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
- Annual maintenance / clean and checks
- Service and repairs on residential systems
- Advising homeowners on repair options and system replacement recommendations
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing

What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry or an equivalent blend of training and hands-on experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving history
- EPA certification required
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Skilled in reading and understanding wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Knowledgeable in diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems
- Understanding of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
- Familiarity with air balancing methods and airflow adjustment techniques
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an HVAC technical training program preferred
