We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants a long-term home with a growing company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on experience
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified candidates)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends and overtime as needed)
What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver professional, high-quality service on every call
- Provide honest repair vs. replacement recommendations to customers
- Help maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Insurable driving record
- Service Titan experience (a plus)
- Own set of tools
