Residential HVAC Service Technician
$35-$45/Hour + Take-Home Vehicle

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair calls efficiently and professionally
- Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control-related issues
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust and professionalism
- Complete accurate service documentation and job notes
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
- Follow all safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
