Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners

Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Follow company safety standards and best practices

Required QualificationsValid driver's license with an insurable driving record2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Knowledge of HVAC electrical and low-voltage systems

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanshipNATE Certification is a plus
