Key Responsibilities:Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Complete annual system inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleanings
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, airflow issues, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
Troubleshoot and work safely with both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components
Communicate with customers regarding repair recommendations, system upgrades, and replacement options
Support and mentor junior service technicians as needed
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
Commercial HVAC service experience is preferredEPA Universal Certification required
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of HVAC system design and ductwork modifications
Valid driver's license with an acceptable, insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
