Opportunity for continued growth and advancement What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and provide long-term solutions
Perform preventative maintenance and service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair options
Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Test and verify system performance after repairs and installations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work independently while representing the company professionally in customers' homes Qualifications3+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal Certification requiredNATE Certification preferredHVAC technical school training preferred
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems
Ability to make informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
Knowledge of low-voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting
Understanding of air balancing principles and airflow diagnostics
Familiarity with basic sheet metal practices
Strong customer service and communication skills
