Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
Communicate findings clearly and honestly with homeowners
Explain repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales
Complete quality work while following safety and company standards
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team
Continue developing your technical skills through company-paid training
What We're Looking For2-3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
Residential HVAC experience
ServiceTitan experience is a plusEPA Certification requiredNATE certification strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and dependable driving history
