What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems in customers' homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify repair needs, and restore equipment to proper operating condition while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work on a variety of residential equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, mini-split systems, humidifiers, air cleaners, and other comfort systems. Technicians are responsible for accurately documenting service calls, communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners, and ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with customers through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced HVAC professionals with at least two years of residential service experience. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems, and experience diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling equipment.

EPA certification is preferred. Experience with heat pumps, indoor air quality products, smart thermostats, and high-efficiency systems is highly valued. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls throughout the day.
