Compensation
Competitive Hourly Pay:
$35-$55+ per hour depending on experience
Performance Pay:

What You'll Do
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Conduct system safety inspections

Experience We're Looking For
3+ years residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing:

- Indoor air quality systems
Ability to communicate technical information to homeowners
EPA Certification
Clean driving record
