Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and techniques through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician or relevant technical training.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-tier customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- EPA certification is required.
- Weekend and evening availability required
