Job Description

Residential HVAC Service Technician | $80,000 - $150,000+ per year

Hourly + Commission+ Spiffs | Uncapped performance pay

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekday after hours on-call

Job Duties:

Diagnose, service, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems
Solve comfort and airflow issues
Educate homeowners on repair, upgrades, and replacement options
Participate in a light, on-call rotation during peak season

Qualifications:

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Strong troubleshooting skills, including heat pumps, refrigerant systems, and airflow diagnostics
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional, customer-focused demeanor and clean-cut appearance
Demonstrated pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
