You MUST be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing homeowners with a positive customer experience.

The Role
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working directly with homeowners, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding the comfort and efficiency of their home's HVAC system.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
Service heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-split systems
Identify and present repair or replacement options to homeowners when appropriate
Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience working directly with homeowners
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Experience with residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
