Residential Service Technician

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Service Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC components. Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose high humidity, standard high to low voltage and communicating systems.
Provide maintenance on single stage, 2-stage, mini-split and variable speed systems.
Conduct quality checks through the process upon completion to meet customer expectations.
Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of project progress in ServiceTitan.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
5-7 years’ experience in HVAC industry
Current Universal EPA certification
Current TDLR registration
CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
