Residential HVAC Service Technician | $30-39 hourly + spiffs | Newport News and Virginia Beach

Location: Now hiring in Newport News and Virginia Beach areas!

Pay: $30.00 - 39.00 hourly, plus spiffs

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
