Residential HVAC Service Technician
Full Time | Brookville, OH
Starting $25/h and up, based on experience
Monday through Friday - 4-day/10-hour schedule available!
New Comfort Heating and Cooling is a trusted, family-owned HVAC company serving homeowners and light commercial customers throughout Brookville and the surrounding area. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, we service Carrier equipment as well as all major HVAC brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
- Document work completed and recommendations
- Support and help train less experienced technicians
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- HVAC technical school certificate
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- NATE certification preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
