We're looking for our next MVP HVAC Service Technician to join the team!

What You'll Get:

$30 - $40/hr, depending on experience
Hiring bonus for qualified candidates
Consistent, year-round work - no seasonal layoffs
8 am - 5 pm schedule, with occasional overtime (often finishing closer to 4 pm when possible)
No on-call!

Main Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and recommendations
Deliver high-quality service with strong attention to detail
Assist in training and mentoring other Service Technicians
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Universal EPA certification is preferred
HVAC technical school certification is a plus
Dependability and strong work ethic
