Overtime available when you choose to take itWhat You'll DoService, maintain, and repair residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers

Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships

Advance your career through our fully paid Red Bear Leadership Academy (including travel, hotel, and meals covered)What You Need2-5 years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience

Solid knowledge of split systems, package units, and boilers

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbsEPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months

Strong work ethic and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
