Residential HVAC Service Tech

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & HeatingEastern Panhandle (WV / MD / VA)

$75,000 - $150,000 per year (Top techs routinely hit the high end with commissions + SPIFFs)

What You'll Earn

$75,000 - $150,000 annual income potential (base + commissions + SPIFFs)

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (overtime available when you want it)

What You'll Do

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Deliver outstanding customer service and honest recommendations on every call
Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back
Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing

What You Need

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
EPA Universal License (required)
NATE certification (preferred)
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Advanced customer service skills and a willingness to take on leadership roles
