What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Follow company processes designed to protect customers and technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and a professional appearance at all times
- Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
Residential HVAC Service & Repair Technician

Requirements
- Prior residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
Preferred
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- NATE certification a plus
