As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will respond to in-home service calls, diagnose heating and cooling system issues, complete repairs, perform routine maintenance, and help homeowners understand their repair, replacement, and maintenance options. You will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining accurate service documentation, keeping your service vehicle organized, and working closely with dispatch and office teams. Experienced technicians may also assist with mentoring apprentices and developing newer team members.

Qualifications
Candidates should have at least three years of residential HVAC field experience with strong diagnostic and repair skills for heating and cooling systems. Successful technicians are comfortable troubleshooting system issues, performing repairs, explaining solutions clearly to homeowners, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety standards, and system layouts is important, along with a commitment to ongoing education and professional certifications such as NATE. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrate reliability, organization, and strong teamwork.
