Position: HVAC Residential Service Technician
Pay: $28.00 - 45.00 hourly, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly install or replace HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to ensure efficient operation
- Preparing and presenting recommendations to customers on most efficient solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Complete all required documentation, including service logs and job reports
- Follow safety protocols and uphold Vander Hyde's commitment to quality workmanship
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm with occasional overtime based on demand
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ Years of experience in HVAC service
- Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Must possess your own basic hand tools
- Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
