Job Description

Residential HVAC TechPay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly, based on experience

Location: Ooltewah, TN Schedule: 40+ hours weekly, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

What We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

At least two years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC controlsEPA Certification preferred

Ability to work independently and efficiently throughout the day

Own standard HVAC hand tools

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedProfessional attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship

What You'll DoDiagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-upsInspect HVAC systems to identify performance and safety concerns

Recommend repair or replacement options that best meet customer needs

Test electrical components, controls, refrigerant circuits, and airflow

Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory

Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
