Residential HVAC Technician

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain primarily residential HVAC systems
- Occasionally assist with light commercial service work
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver reliable solutions
- Support and guide less-experienced technicians when needed
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service experience
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities available
Compensation
- $30-$45 per hour, based on experience
- Additional earning potential through incentives

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Boiler experience is helpful, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE certification is a plus
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 20 feet
- Leadership potential and willingness to help others grow
