Pay & Schedule:

Compensation: $100,000 yearly, including bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full‑time, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN:

As our Residential HVAC Technician, you'll:

Travel to customers' homes to service residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Expertly inspect systems, diagnose issues, and perform accurate, high‑quality repairs.
Speak with clients about findings and provide professional, friendly customer service.
Use an iPad to manage service orders, update customer info, document work, and more.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

Journeyman HVAC license
Journeyman oil license
Ability to serve locations within 45 minutes of Fairfield
Propane/natural gas license - preferred
EPA 608 refrigeration license - preferred
