About UsMetz Air Control is a fast-growing, family-founded HVAC company expanding into Los Angeles. We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Technician who can also sell—a professional who knows how to service, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, while confidently presenting equipment replacement and upgrade options to homeowners. This role will also play a key part in establishing and growing our new LA satellite office.Responsibilities Run residential HVAC service calls (diagnose, repair, maintain). Present and sell equipment replacement options to homeowners. Manage daily operations of the LA satellite office (with support from the Chino headquarters). Ensure excellent customer service and represent Metz Air Control’s values in the LA market. Track and report sales performance and job progress to management. Support install crews with proper job setup, customer communication, and follow-up. Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment to high standards.Requirements 5+ years HVAC experience (residential focus required). Proven ability as a selling technician (closing equipment sales). EPA Certification and valid driver’s license. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-starter mindset — able to work independently in a satellite office environment. Must live within reasonable driving distance of Pasadena/Los Angeles.Compensation & Benefits $25/hour base pay 10% commission on service/repair sales 6.5% commission on total equipment sales Company vehicle and gas card Tools and uniforms provided Growth opportunity in an expanding market
