Residential HVAC Service Technician Location: Grove City, OH Area Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $18-28/hour pay based on experience plus commissions (strong earning potential) Benefits: Healthcare, 401(k), PTO, paid federal holidays, take-home service vehicle

We are hiring experienced technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations in homes across the Grove City and Columbus area. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Inspect and service ducting, components, and company materials to keep everything in top condition.
- Wire and start up complete residential systems, including testing and recording results to verify proper operation.
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs to restore full system performance.
- Perform thorough inspections and clearly communicate any additional concerns to dispatch and customers.
- Explain all services and repairs to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
- Order necessary parts in advance and arrive fully prepared for each appointment.
- Complete all paperwork and tablet documentation accurately and on time.
- Debrief dispatch and customers after each call with detailed notes and documentation.
- Leave job sites clean and organized after completion.
- Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and team members.
- Wear protective floor savers on footwear while working in client homes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Active EPA Certification.
- Strong soldering and brazing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, including use of laptops/tablets, internet navigation, and email (Microsoft Outlook).
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice and occasional weekend hours as needed.
