- Ability to successfully install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.

- Ability to install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and drainage
- Experience installing water heaters (including tankless), re-pipes, and water filtration systems
- Ability to follow job layouts, ensuring proper pipe alignment and pitch
- Skilled in assembling fittings, valves, and piping systems, with ability to modify as needed
- Ability to dig and prepare trenches and safely work around existing underground utilities
- Experience operating company vehicles and light equipment (trucks, loaders, mini-x, etc.)
- Test completed work to ensure proper function and compliance with local plumbing codes
- Independent, efficient, and committed to completing jobs correctly the first time
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions from leadership
- Strong customer service and communication skills with customers and team members
- Maintain proper stock, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicle
- Keep job sites, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
- Strong attention to detail with ability to document work performed
