Job Description

Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Hot Springs, AR & Surrounding Areas (Spring Storm Season)

CENCO Claims is a trusted provider of residential property claims services, partnering with insurance carriers nationwide. As spring brings increased storm activity across Arkansas—including hail, high winds, and severe weather—we're actively seeking Daily Claims Adjusters to support field assignments in the Hot Springs and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to stay consistently busy during peak season while working with a responsive and experienced claims team.

What You'll Do:

Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by hail, wind, tornado activity, water, and other covered losses
Capture detailed photo documentation along with clear, organized field notes
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Review policy coverage and determine loss scope per carrier guidelines
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
Manage claim files efficiently from inspection through submission

What We're Looking For:

Active Arkansas adjuster license (or designated home state license)
Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus)
Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to accept assignments quickly and meet reporting deadlines
