Residential Property Claims Adjuster – Nashville Market

This role is well suited for adjusters who want consistent field assignments, flexibility in their schedule, and dependable operational support.

What You'll Handle:

• Conduct on-site inspections for residential losses related to wind, hail, water, and other seasonal events

• Document damages with detailed photos and organized inspection notes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines

What You Bring:

• Active home state adjuster license

• Experience with Xactimate; Symbility knowledge is a plus

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to take on assignments promptly and stay on schedule
