Residential Property Claims Adjuster – Pueblo Area

CENCO Claims is expanding its field presence in Southern Colorado and is seeking experienced Daily Property Adjusters to support residential and commercial property claims throughout the Pueblo region. As spring storm season arrives, our team is growing to help carriers and policyholders respond quickly and professionally to storm-related losses.

This role is a great opportunity for adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexible field work, and strong support from an experienced claims team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties for damage related to wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events

• Capture detailed field documentation including photos, measurements, and thorough inspection notes

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Manage assigned claims from inspection through final submission while meeting reporting timelines and carrier guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software

• Strong understanding of residential and commercial property damage assessment

• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active Colorado adjuster license or designated home state license

• Prior field adjusting experience preferred
