We’re expanding in the South Florida market and looking for a licensed, residential Real Estate Broker to support our growth

This 1099 leadership opportunity is ideal for a broker who enjoys recruiting agents, mentoring, and staying active in production.

What You’ll Do

  • Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
  • Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
  • Ensure continuing education standards
  • Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
  • Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)
