Job Description

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Location:

Hybrid position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Initial training is completed in the office, followed by a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Note:

Applicants must have at least 2 years of residential real estate closing experience with a law firm, title company, or lender. Prior paralegal experience is welcomed but not required.

Job Description

  • Manage residential real estate files from pre-closing through post-closing.
  • Prepare, review, balance, and revise HUDs and ALTAs.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
  • Obtain lender funding approval and ensure all closing requirements are satisfied.
  • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure service level expectations are met.
  • Review title commitments and confirm all requirements are completed prior to closing.
  • Send final title documents to title insurance companies.
  • Support Pre-Closers while maintaining ownership and accountability for assigned files.
  • Resolve issues proactively to deliver smooth and successful closings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout every transaction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience with a law firm, title company, or lender.
  • Previous paralegal experience is a plus but not required.
  • Qualia experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
